Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of helloPVO, a product of Brigade Management, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

helloPVO is a web application that helps parent volunteer organizations manage tasks, meetings, rosters, money and reimbursements, events and volunteers, documents, board handoff, and an AI helper (“Nova”). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and files you add to helloPVO (“your content”). You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your organization. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to store any information you add about other people (such as roster members and volunteers).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: breaking the law; uploading malicious code; attempting to access other organizations’ data; interfering with or overloading the service; or using it to store content you have no right to store.

5. AI features

Nova generates responses and documents using AI. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Review and verify anything important, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that require one.

6. Fees

Some features or plans may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Any fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Availability

We work to keep helloPVO available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or updates.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for maintaining your own records as your organization’s policies or bylaws require.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigade Management, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brigade Management, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) the content or information you submit, store, or transmit through it, including information about other people such as roster members and volunteers; or (c) your breach of these terms, of any applicable law, or of the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
