These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of helloPVO, a product of Brigade Management, Inc. ("Brigade Management," "we," "us"). By using helloPVO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

helloPVO provides tools for parent volunteer organizations, PTAs, PTOs, and similar groups to manage meetings, finances, events, and leadership transitions. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information your organization enters into helloPVO. You grant us a limited license to store and process that information solely to provide the service.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Free plans are provided as-is. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Termination

You may stop using helloPVO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

helloPVO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigade Management, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
