hellopvo includes an optional AI assistant we call Nova. This page explains how we think about AI and the commitments we make when we use it. It supplements our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Our belief

Volunteer boards run on trust and limited time. AI should give that time back — by making a board’s own information easy to find and understand — without ever taking the board out of the driver’s seat.

What Nova does

Nova helps you ask questions about your organization’s minutes, money, and members in plain language, and helps draft routine text. It works from the information your organization has chosen to put into hellopvo.

Our commitments

• You stay in control. Nova assists; it does not make decisions for your board, and AI features are optional.
• Your data is yours. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your organization’s private information to train public, third-party AI models.
• Human judgment matters. AI can make mistakes. Always review important outputs — especially anything involving money, votes, or official records — before relying on them.
• Transparency. Where AI is involved, we aim to make that clear.
• Privacy by design. The protections in our Privacy Policy apply to the information Nova uses.

Your choice
